At Nyara, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customised or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- We offer exchanges for a different size or design, subject to availability.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Share your order number and reason for return/exchange along with photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
